Blackett NSW Advice and Feasibility Project

Blackett Redevelopment Feasibility Report

Housing NSW Estate, Blackett

Joining a team of development consultants, social planners and architects, Planning Ingenuity undertook a Development Feasibility project to consider options for redevelopment of a large 1960s public housing estate that has become dilapidated and a source of social problems. Our brief was to consider the objectives of the HNSW Portfolio Strategy, develop options for increasing the underlying value of the asset that also met sustainability, social and environmental criteria and formulate design options as well as ownership mix recommendations and disposal options.

Sutherland Town Centre – Development Feasibility

Eton and Flora Streets Mixed Use Site

On behalf of a group of landowners with a significant commercial holding within the heart of the Sutherland Town Centre, Planning Ingenuity in conjunction with Innovative Architects undertook a design and planning feasibility to investigate potential for redevelopment of this key site for a high density mixed use development. Considering use mix, streetscape interface, residential amenity, access and car parking, the project team formulated advice that informed successful sale of the site to a development group.
